A giggly mess...

Oh goodness, it's been forever since I actually posted in this thing, things are going alright.

I didn't do as well as I wanted to my first semester in Graduate School I actually have the lowest GPA i've ever had in my entire life and am now on academic probation, if i don't bring my GPA up, I'll be kicked out of grad school. This I do not want, so it's time to buckle down and work hard.

I went to Memphis for the bowl game and it was phenominal, even though we lost, I loved every moment of being there. The trip up was fantastic, the trip back not so much, it included our GPS going on the fritz, ending up in the middle of no where, and ending with The Banana Brownie Breakdown of '07 where I cried...I don't want to talk about it lol

I went to Boca to ring in the New Year with the Sheetz family and it was great, jello shots, champagne, flip cup, football, hors d'euvres, awesome party.

Now I'm home in Okeechobee missing Orlando, Mary, Meg, Josh, Bryan, and Kayla like crazy and can't wait to get back.

I'm "busy" right now putting away decorations which I've been working on for 4 hours now...gag me right

We've been going through a lot of family trouble lately, right around Thanksgiving they found a mole on my brother that was biopsied as Stage 4 Melanoma. Skin cancer was something we had never even considered being a problem before especially with my brother being so young, and it's now something that has basically consummed our lives for the past month and a half. He had surgery on the 21st, and is now doing well. The pathology report came back from the surgery and all of the skin and lymph nodes that they removed came back fine, so they managed to contain it before it spread and became life-threatening. It's still an issue, because of his skin type, we'll just keep tight reign on it and hopefully won't have a scare like this ever again. Thanks to everyone who kept him in their prayers, this winter was tough for us, and it was nice to know that he was in everyone's thoughts.

My sister Danielle is officially engaged and she's getting married June 21st. I'm excited for her, she's so happy and ready to start a life with her honey Chris.

My little sister is graduating in the top 10 of her class and has been accepted to UNF, UCF, UF, St. Louis University, and we're still waiting to hear back from Notre Dame and Boston College. She's doing great I'm so proud of her, she's going to go really far.

As for me, I wrote about Grad school, work is going well I really love my job, I love my roomates - all 2 of them :-D - for some reason Mary Meg and I seem to have an issue holding onto a 4th roomate, we'll be getting a new one soon - hopefully this one isn't as bad as the last 5 lol. As for my love life.....well that's for me to enjoy, and for you to never find out haha

Alright I'm off to finish cleaning and to start dinner - I hope everyone had a great winter break

I graduated on saturday
Rent is all paid
I cut all my hair off
I dyed it
I'm really tan
I move into my new apt on thursday
I started my new job today
I'm officially enrolled in graduate school - I start on the 20th

Wow...I haven't posted in a while - just because my life has been hectic
After July 4th I got a horrible cold which turned into a really bad sinus infection, I was a walking Zombie for a while, cause being sick made me unable to sleep...So i got all hopped up on drugs and got better, I'm not all the way better - but close

ANYWAY...

Here's the good news:

My last day of work was Monday July 16th....so goodbye LEAD Scholars. I bid you adieu.

Right now I'm in Arizona with my family on vacation. We flew into pheonix on wed. traveled up to sedona on thursday, and today went to the grand canyon and lake powell. Tomorrow is Las Vegas! It's a pretty cool trip and I'll def. update more about it later, right now I'm just not in the mood.

Onto the bad news:

My beloved doggy Maggie (Magger May is what I always called her) died this past Monday. She was 13 years old and just getting really bad. She had awful arthritis and stopped eating. She was just suffering, I was actually on my way home on monday when i got the call, we had planned to put her down Tuesday before we left because my mum didn't think she'd make it the 2 weeks we were gone, but she left us before we could do that to her (for that I'm glad)....but, I'm still so upset I didn't get to see her one last time before she went...I loved her so much - she was an amazing dog, who did nothing but love and protect our family. She was so well behaved and just precious. A huge part of my heart is hurting so much right now...  I'm going to miss her so much.

My fourth of July was aboslutely amazing!

I went to Disney with Steph, Adam and Aaron (b.f.) 
We all had so much fun!
First of all Steph has an identical twin named Katie who works at Disney. 
So we got in for free with her cast member ID
Then we told them that it was my birthday and I got a button aka special treatment all day long
We started out at Epcot  - It was raining, but we still had a great time.
We went to all the countries, and ate in Italy and they sang happy birthday to me and gave me chocolate mousse
Then we went to ride on Mission Space - AWESOME.
Then we did a couple of other things -  i don't really remember.

NEXT - Animal Kingdom! Which I've never been too.
It was absolutely beautiful. 
So between my button and Steph's working there we never waiting more than 10 minutes for a ride.
I sat in the front of a roller coaster for the first time on Expidition Everest and it was awesome.
then we did It's tough to be a bug and the safari ride.
I SAW GIRAFFES AND LIONS AND ELEPHANTS AND HIPPOS AND RHINOCEROSES AND ZEBRAS AND OT WAS AMAZING! OH! I ALSO SAW 2 BIRDS DOING IT...lol

The Tree of LIfe - Come on!

Then we went to MGM - Never been!
We rode Rocking Rollercoaster - again no wait and the front!
After that we did Tower of Terror - RIDICULOUS! - I think it was on special birthday setting for me ;-)
So after we left tower of terror it was time for the MGM fireworks - which were absolutely beautiful...Steph got some of it on her camera. I love fireworks they're so romantic.
Then were cut back through Epcot to get to our car and caught Illuminations that Epcot Fireworks Show.....I cried
I've never seen fireworks that perfect on the 4th of July.
Aaron and I held hands the whole time - it was so amazing
The fireworks just made me think about how much I miss my family especially my Grandfathers and it made me remember how patriotic they were and how much our Independence Day meant to each ot them. At the end of illuminations there were so many fireworks going off the entire park was lit up like it was the middle of the day.
I can honestly say that I've never seen that many fireworks go off at once.
Steph started screaming and didnt' even know it - lol
It was a perfect day and I got to spend it with perfect people.
I couldn't have asked for a better fourth of July

These last 2 nights have been absolutely incredible
I dig it  so hardcore

I'm ridiculously restless tonight.
I can't seem to be ok with any situation.
I know why I'm restless...and there's nothing I can do about the situation except wait
I'm a not very patient...it's not that big of a deal, tomorrow just needs to be here RIGHT now...lol

This weekend was super fun. 
I baby-sat my niece Chlore, she's a 5 month-old golden retriever puppy and she's the light of my life
I adore her.

Tomorrow night is Tuesday....that means library then play time after...I'm super excited...I've been waiting all weekend for this...

It's 2 dollar tuesdays!

It's my one night a week that I def. go out...I'm amped!

I CAN'T WAIT to drink, dance with beautiful strangers, make bad decisions, then come home and play...so much fun!

So I have a super super busy week

We have Honors and LEAD Orientation which means lots and lots of parent questions, orientation sessions, collecting forms and money and fixing problems, and let's not forget lots and lots of Kelly working her fanny off...

In other news, I'm having a lot of fun this summer, I'm hanging out with friends, taking classes, and working.

Oh and p.s. I get to puppy sit my niece in like 2 weekends - I'm so excited :-)

I had the strangest dream last night

I was at a bar with Brandee, and Jon Swan, and a couple of other people and there was no music playing, so I screamed can somebody turn on some music, and it came on, and everybody started cheering and starting copying every dance move I did...and there was a tiny windmill in the middle of the dance floor, but nobody was dancing on it, they were all dancing no the raised floor all around it, it was really weird. Then we left the club cause Brandee was tired, and started walking out, and Universal was on the left of us. There were reports saying that the giant spinning globe for universal had broken and sunk into the water. Then next to us there was this 3D stunt show thing where you get up on the ski lift thing, they put you in a car and then you're convoyed into the ride. We were all getting in line, and one of the girls said she felt too sick to go on the ride, so we decided to wait for the rest of the group, meanwhile a girl in our group (a lesbian) started feeling up on me, saying she really liked my jeans, and started grinding behind me and putting her hands in my back pockets.......



........then I woke up, because my boss called me and I was supposed to come into work at 8, but i thought I was coming in at 11. So now I'm even later for work, but I felt it necessary to post this, before I forgot all the odd details

Today I went shopping and I was very pleased with the results...

As many of you may or may not know, I'm a shoe connoisseur, I especially am a shoe fan of the high heeled persuasion

Today I went to Nine West - looking for a pair of brown heels (which I've been searching for for almost a year now) and I FINALLY found a pair, along with a not-so-conventional pair of shoes, that I absolutely adore!

p.s. i just ordered graduation announcements, cap and gown, and diploma stuff......urgh makes me sick to my stomach *shivers*

I'm exhausted, mentally, emotionally, physically, all around done.

It's the end of the semester and of course things are back to the cram cram cram for exams and pack pack pack to move and wish wish wish that you had more time, but alas it all comes to an end and there is that brief blissful moment when, nothing is due, there is no work tomorrow, you don't have to pack/unpack another damn thing, and you finally have 2 minutes to yourself. I can't wait for that moment, it's the only thing getting me through the torture that is moving. Of all the things I hate most in this world, moving is definately in the top 5. My bags are almost all packed, my walls are bare, my room echos, it's all so sad. I'm not kosher with the fact that this is my last night legally being in the UCF dorms. I <3 it here. It's been my home for 4 years. I don't want to think about having to commute to class/work everyday, instead of literally rolling out of bed, brushing my hair, and being at work in no more than 15 minutes. I don't know how I did grade wise, some are still up in the air. I could have potentially failed French 2. I got an A in band....duh, I think a B in my hospitality class *don't ask, he uses attendance against you in a 7:30am class*, a B in my Interpersonal Communications Class, and I think a B in my Professional Writing class...I don't know what grade I'm going to have in that class every time I asked her, she said I had a "solid B+/A-" however that is possible. Anyway It's 4:42 in the morning, I'm still not finished packing, and I have to be out of this place in less than 8 hours.......I'm devestated.

P.S. I like a boy, he's adorable, and obsessed with me. Movie date this weekend, I'm pretty excited, hopefully it will work out, cause goodness knows it's about time for me to get some ass ;-)
